Everyone in earshot is welcome to attend. Water balloons and marshmallows are mandatory. Anyone caught without a pocketful of marshmallows or balloons filled with rocks instead of water will be sent on stage and made to sing You Can’t Always Get What You Want, to the tune of Row, Row, Row Your Boat.
The gate is now 40 yards up the road and the road is 40 yards down the street.
